Air Jordan 4 Fusion - Mars Blackmon

Whether you like it or not, the Air Jordan Fusion line-up has been doing spectacularly well. The Fusions have definitely attracted a huge audience into the sneaker atmosphere. With that said, it only gets better from here…

Here is a detailed look at one of the best looking Fusions we have seen thus far from Jordans Brand; the Air Jordan 4 Fusion - Mars Blackmon! The overall silhouette resembles the Air Jordan 4 (IV) model while they also include a few details of the classic Air Force 1 model. Inspired by the Air Jordan 4 (IV) Retro - Mars Blackmon, they sport a predominantly white leather upper along with red and black accents. They also feature a grated mesh along the sides, along with a translucent midsole which allows the red design to come through. Look for them to release sometime in July, but for now enjoy the pictures.

Name: Air Jordan 4 Fusion - Mars Blackmon

This year alone we have witness countless colorways of the Jordan 1. Some may think of it as a recognition of a legendary shoe or simply see it as an overkill. Whatever the case might be, it would be quite difficult to deny the significance of the release of these to fans of not just Jordans. Here we receive quality images of an anticipated “Hare” Jordan 1 which solemnize the adventures of MJ and the world’s most recognizable bunny.

The “Hare” Jordan 1 takes an overwhelming resemblance of the Air Jordan VII Hare that were introduce last year in the Jordan 7/16 Countdown package. From the vigorous tongue colorway, along with the Hare Bunny logo and fine details we can expect a promising reaction from the sneaker community. These are slated to release April 11th, 2009 at the retail of $110. Via Niketalk.

If You Steal Somebody's iPhone and Don't Know How to Use It, You'll Go to Jail [Dumb Criminals]

Shoe designer Sayaka Fukuda was mugged by two men who made off with her purse and iPhone. After reporting it to police, she noticed a strange email in her outbox. Guess what happened next?

She knew she didn't send any email, so she opened the attachment, which was a self-portrait her attacker emailed to himself. She forwarded the picture to police, who quickly matched it to a mug shot of Dacquan Mathis.

Fukuda made the not so bright move of emailing Mathis directly, telling him the cops were onto him. He cheerfully replied to her, "I will kill you! I know where you live, I know where you work. I'll send people."

But we all know how this ends—the cops busted him, and he confessed to jacking the iPhone as well as another mugging involving an iPod.

Moral of the story: Whenever you steal a piece of technology, make sure you know how it works, or you'll get made fun of on a bunch of blogs. Oh yeah, and go to jail and stuff. [NY Post via Gothamist - Thanks Ace!]

The intricate web detailing on the toebox along with the skulls shown on the quarter panels are subtle for Mr. Cartoon, as we all know how he gets down! Finishing off the shoe is the LA logo stitched onto the heel panel. They are slated to drop within the next few weeks. Via LAMJC.
